Women and Wealth:     a man is not a plan

A 4 week wealth education programme

Are you scared to look at your finances, because you might not understand them or like what you see?

Do you want to strike out on your own, but are afraid of the financial consequences?

Are you spending so much time and money on others that you forget to spend time on yourself?

Do you have friends who have never recovered financially from a divorce?

Are you afraid that you will not be able to retire comfortably when you choose?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then 'Women and Wealth' is for you.

Designed by women for women, this educational programme is presented for the first time in the UK.

It explores your attitude to money and provides practical solutions and guidance toset you on your road to wealth. Remember, a man is not the only plan

It is the same content as One Day Wealth but designed with women in mind - it is run in small, informal groups over a 4 week period.

You will learn to:

  • Reverse your negative thinking about money, thinking which is based on years and years of conditioning
  • Analyse your current financial status - what's an asset, what's a liability; what's good debt versus bad debt - so you can more realistically plan your financial future
  • Determine how much money you need to be saving now to secure your financial future - what do you need monthly and what is the total amount of assets you need to be financially "free"
  • Increase your income, even whilst keeping your current job
  • Plan your financial future and begin to control your wealth and money, rather than the other way around
  • Build and manage a winning wealth team which has your best interests at heart and which won't rip you off

As part of the programme you will receive a detailed workshop manual with additional learning material, exercises and resources with insights from such wealth gurus as Robert Kiyosaki, Bob Proctor and Loral Langemeier.

a man is not a plan

Who will benefit

It is aimed at women who want to get a grip on their current finances -spending and income - as well as plan how to reach their financial freedom day. We define financial freedom as the day we get to do what we want to do, not what we have to do.

This workshop is delivered via small, informal groups. Participants must be honest about their current financial situation and be willing to share details about their finances as and when appropriate.

The course is structured to run over four weeks which gives participants an opportunity to undertake additional work between the sessions and to reflect upon their learning. Whilst most of this 'homework' is optional, participants may be required to undertake compulsory exercises. They should therefore plan to do an additional hour of work between sessions.

This workshop is not for those individuals who want to 'get rich quick' or who prefer to pay others hefty commissions to manage their finances.

Outcomes:

  • Your financial 'baseline' - a personalized Balance Sheet of your current assets and liabilities and your monthly Income Statement with your income and expenses
  • Your financial freedom day goal - your own financial target based on an accurate assessment of your current financial situation
  • A set of goals to deliver your financial freedom day goal
  • Positive affirmations which address your blocks around wealth building
  • A wealth plan which reflects your financial freedom day goals
  • An understanding of how much money you need to be investing now to secure your financial future
  • Better understanding of the wealth creation habits of the rich and powerful and therefore how you too can build wealth for yourself
