Our Story

We fell into property investing in 1996 when, just before we got on the plane to Sydney, we couldn’t decide whether to rent or sell our home.  Luckily, we decided to rent as our little terraced cottage has gone up 300%.  Sydney is a great city but it was the wrong time for us and we came back to London, got back into jobs and realised nothing had changed in the two years we'd been away, except us.  For our retirement plan we started to acquire buy-to-let property in London.  We were doing this against the background of the endowment crisis, pensions crisis and various other scandals in the financial services industry and had decided we could not rely on the government or pension companies to fund our retirement.

As we investigated more we built up a wealth of experience, know-how and contacts in property, direct investment , setting up companies, small business and venture capital.  We decided that we wanted to share this knowledge with a wider audience and help others navigate their own course to wealth.  Many people have money but are short of time, they know they need to do something, but do not have the time to do the research. We have set up WealthBeing to be a small, friendly, family-run business that offers practical, relevant, understandable and effective education to all.

Our People

Pam Kennett, Chartered FCIPD, MBA, Co-Founder

pam kennett wealthbeing imageHi there. I'm Pam Kennett and together with my husband Crispin White, established WealthBeing in 2007.

I'm an experienced trainer, facilitator and writer and I've worked with many FTSE100 companies over the past 15 years.

I began to develop an interest in wealth building in 1998 after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. At around the same time, I began to develop a buy-to-let investment portfolio which is now valued at approximately £2 million.

The birth of my son in December 2002 led me to reassess my life and my legacy. After researching the wealth coaching market worldwide I began coaching with Loral Langemeier, The Millionaire Maker, in the US in 2006. This training was the impetus for creating WealthBeing. We wanted to bring this training to the UK to those who can't access US based training.

I believe anybody can be wealthy as long as you learn the right mindset and put in the hard work. Wealth is a good thing - once you become a millionaire you can benefit yourself, your family, your favourite charity. I am also a Director of Chiswick Consulting Limited. I have an MBA from City University, London; I'm a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Registered Member of the British Psychological Institute.

My focus at WealthBeing is on product development, training delivery and coaching. I love receiving feedback and would welcome your comments on the website or any of our products. Please contact me at

My philosophy to money and wealth is summarised below by Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Poor Dad author "Money does not make you happy. But what money does do is buy me the time to do what I love and pay other people to do what I hate doing." by Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Poor Dad author

Crispin White, FCIM, Co-Founder

Crispin White wealthbeing imageI always saved money because that is what you were supposed to do. After 20 years of doing the same thing, and seeing that my strategies were not working, I became interested in understanding more about building wealth, not just saving money.

I stopped doing what I was "supposed to do" and started to think independently. This is more difficult than it sounds, there is so much information in the media and pressure from financial institutions to follow the herd.  Rich Dad, Poor Dad certainly helped me on my journey and I really liked Claude Bristol's Magic of Believing. I began to think and act differently around wealth building. Aristotle said "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit" The emphasis here is on "do" - wealth doesn't happen to you, it is what you do that makes you wealthy.

My focus at WealthBeing is on marketing, coaching and training. We love getting feedback, new ideas, likes and dislikes and so please email us at   with your thoughts.

I am a director of Chiswick Consulting and invest directly into other startup businesses. I am particularly interested in social housing and eco housing - and combining both. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Jane Rogers, BA. Dip Pers Mgt, Cert Counselling

I have always been passionate about how people think. Studying psychology and human resource management after university took me on my first steps towards understanding ‘what makes people tick’. In my twenties I worked in human resources and marketing in London;  an offer of redundancy in my early thirties brought an opportunity to work in Greece for 3 years. During this time, I was able to study personally with Louise L. Hay, author of ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ and founder of Hay House Publishing.  When I returned to England I became self-employed, leading personal development groups and building a private counselling practice.  During this time I also owned and ran Oxfordshire’s largest complementary health clinic, employing over 50 practitioners.

In the early 2000’s, my husband’s illness forced us to readdress our attitudes about how we were creating money, and this has led, amongst other things, to my association with WealthBeing and returning to my greatest love, awakening others to the power of their minds. I am currently rewriting my book "Choose Your Thoughts, Change Your Life", previously published in 1997.

I am also building up my property portfolio, along with assisting my husband in the expansion of  his land development business.

Those of you who have read Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Cashflow Quadrant’ will have observed that, so far, I have been in all four quadrants, employee, self-employed,  business owner, and investor!  My focus now is to stay on the right hand side of the quadrant, and I am continuously improving my abilities in these areas.
